02 / Complete Outdoor Design

For a complete remodel or a more involved outdoor project.

Partial credit considered individually

A partial design credit may be offered when we undertake the construction. This is at Scott’s discretion, with any amount agreed in writing for your project.

Discuss Complete Outdoor Design

All prices are in AUD and include GST. Vision Preview covers one agreed area; Complete Outdoor Design is quoted to suit the scope and complexity. Your written proposal confirms the deliverables, fee and any construction credit before booking.

Each refinement round covers one collected set of feedback within the agreed brief. Additional areas, new concepts or further revisions are quoted separately.

For a full remodel, those discussions also help us plan: how areas connect, where heights change, how a fire pit might fit and what needs to be resolved before construction.

Do I need a design package to get a concrete quote?

You can request a concrete quote directly if you know the work you need. Design is an optional service for seeing your idea clearly or working through the wider space.

Which package fits my project?

Choose Vision Preview when you already have the idea and want to test its proportions and finishes in one area. Complete Outdoor Design suits a wider remodel, with more decisions, options and design discussion. If you are unsure, tell us about your project and Scott can recommend a starting point.

How does the construction credit work?

Vision Preview’s $660 fee is credited against eligible concrete work for the same project, with eligibility and application agreed before design begins. For Complete Outdoor Design, a partial credit may be offered at Scott’s discretion. Any amount and conditions are confirmed in writing; the full design fee is not automatically credited.

Are these construction or approval drawings?

These packages provide design concepts and visualisations. Surveying, engineering, council approvals and detailed construction documentation are separately scoped where required. Colours and textures on screen guide selection; physical samples and site checks inform the final build.
